Soul Essence offer a variety of complimentary therapies to help you relax, deal with pain, stress, depression, panic attacks, anxiety and addictions. Or you may just want some pampering to help increase your vitality.

Pamper Parties
I also offer pamper parties as a fun and easy introduction to my therapies for you and a group of friends.
If you don't fancy a pamper party you can sample any of these therapies, by coming along to a Ladies only Pamper Event held in the
Freemantles Hall,
Bexley Village,
Kent,
DA5 2DJ (gmap).
It is free admission and there are lots of reasonably priced therapies available to try.
They are held on the last Saturday of each month 11:00 to 15:30, no event in August or December and the September event in 2009 is the 3rd Saturday.

from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. There will be refreshments and lots of pampering available. Admission is free.
Sessions cost between £6 and £15 for 15 - 30 minutes. Please contact me if you would like to book a session in advance.
